About the Job:
Responsible for preparing financial reports, studying and analyzing data to provide clear insights into financial performance, financial position, liquidity, and cash flows. The role also includes preparing budgets and various reports that support sound financial decision-making.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage all general accounting operations.
  • Track and record all financial transactions and update purchase and sales records.
  • Maintain backup copies of financial records.
  • Participate in preparing budgets, income statements, profit and loss reports, revenues and expenses reports, and all other financial reports.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of financial data.
  • Enter accounting data and financial files into computer systems.
  • Archive and organize financial transactions for easy and quick access.
  • Accurately apply the approved accounting system and ensure proper documentation flow.
  • Prepare asset and capital entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
  • Document financial transactions by entering account information accurately.
  • Maintain accounting controls by recommending policies and procedures.
  • Supervise taxes and ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian regulations.
  • Adhere to administrative laws and regulations in force.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting.
  • Knowledge of accounting systems and financial processes.
  • Strong skills in using Foodics Accounting System, Microsoft Office, and other accounting software.
  • Good knowledge of tax systems and accounting regulations in Saudi Arabia.
