Project Account Manager

About the Role

Hilti Saudi Arabia is seeking a Project Account Manager to join their team in Abha, Asir. This full-time role involves visiting large construction jobsites and acting as a lead solution consultant, providing end-to-end business support for project-specific matters. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Project Account Manager will engage in professional, consultative selling, which includes demonstrating pioneering products, selling state-of-the-art software, and providing associated services and aftercare. The focus is on building relationships with customers to identify innovative and cost-efficient solutions for their needs, rather than traditional cold calling.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned large construction jobsites, serving as the primary point of contact from inception to completion.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of relevant applications and recommend appropriate solutions for specific trades.
• Conduct product demonstrations and articulate the value proposition to customers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at jobsites to drive key initiatives.
• Organize seminars, product trainings, and workshops to raise awareness of new technologies and Hilti products.
• Troubleshoot problems and challenges encountered by contractors.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely task completion.
• Identify growth opportunities and propose actions to enhance business performance.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Ensure timely coordination with the Sold-to Account Manager for account receivable collection.
