We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Specialist to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth for our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting market research, developing comprehensive business proposals, negotiating contracts with potential clients, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to expand our market presence. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking abilities, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets while collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product development teams.

• Identifying and qualifying potential B2B leads, including educational organizations.
• Presenting GAGA’s innovative offerings to decision-makers such as principals and education directors.
• Developing and executing strategic outreach to increase the adoption of our live learning solutions.
• Managing the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high partner satisfaction.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within the EdTech sector.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• A self-driven and target-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with the Saudi education system is a plus.
