About the Opportunity

Eram Talent is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Building Inspector to join our team in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position offers an opportunity to contribute to ensuring compliance with building standards and requirements across various projects.

Role Overview

The Building Inspector will be responsible for conducting comprehensive building inspections, identifying potential issues, and ensuring strict adherence to applicable standards and regulations. This role involves critical assessment and clear communication of findings to maintain quality and safety within construction and development projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough building inspections in accordance with established protocols and regulatory guidelines.
• Ensure strict compliance with all applicable building standards, codes, and project requirements.
• Communicate inspection findings clearly and effectively to relevant stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, and project teams.
• Prepare detailed and accurate reports documenting all inspection findings, observations, and recommendations.
• Identify and report building-related issues, deficiencies, and instances of non-compliance with established codes.
• Collaborate professionally with contractors, engineers, project teams, and other involved parties to resolve identified issues.
• Manage all aspects of inspections, reporting, and technical documentation with a high degree of professionalism and accuracy.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in a similar capacity.
• Associate Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Previous experience specifically in building inspection is preferred.

Work Setting and Location

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. The role requires on-site presence for inspections and collaborative work within various project environments.
