Role Overview

Almarai is seeking a Logistics Supervisor (Sales) to join its team in Al-Ahsa. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. The primary objective of this role is to ensure optimal stock levels in depots while minimizing loss, maintaining depot hygiene, and implementing standard operating procedures. The supervisor will also be responsible for adhering to quality and safety standards by monitoring staff activities and performance, alongside fostering a motivated work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain required depot stock levels.
• Implement correct product handling standards for vehicle loads and warehouse storage.
• Ensure Cold Chain Management protocols are followed in all vehicles before and during loading, as well as within cold stores, to meet quality standards.
• Ensure depot hygiene and cleanliness meet company standards.
• Adhere to the Date Code Policy in line with company guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stock levels and implement operational procedures.
• Experience in monitoring staff performance and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al-Ahsa. The role involves overseeing depot operations and staff, ensuring a consistent application of company policies and standards in a dynamic logistics environment.
