Store Supervisor

About the Role

Saudia Dairy & Foodstuff Company (SADAFCO) is seeking a Store Supervisor to manage warehouse operations in Yanbu. This full-time role involves ensuring the assigned warehouse operates in accordance with SADAFCO's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and implementing best practices. The Store Supervisor will drive continuous improvements, coach staff, and ensure exceptional service to both internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the assigned warehouse operation to achieve optimum quality, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
• Plan and organize stock within the warehouse to meet constantly changing operational requirements, ensuring inventory availability and adherence to security and inventory management processes.
• Oversee all warehouse activities, including daily staff deployment for optimum efficiency and monitoring of absences, holidays, and unauthorized leave.
• Monitor and report on Warehouse Operations performance, including agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as stock damage. Ensure inbound shipments are cleared promptly and all outbound orders, including emergency orders, are completed and dispatched on schedule.
• Coordinate with the Transport department on logistics related to stock distribution and transfers between external warehouse locations.
• Ensure warehouse operations comply with relevant customer contractual obligations and all publicized procedures and regulations, including Quality, Health, and Safety standards.
• Develop, implement, and monitor operational reporting procedures to ensure compliance, and suggest and drive operational improvements as required.
• Liaise with the Maintenance Supervisor regarding the maintenance of all warehouse equipment and machinery to ensure continuity of operations.
• Manage the performance of the warehouse team, including rosters, performance reviews, learning and development, disciplinary matters, and managing resource levels to cover all operational needs by liaising with the Operations Manager as needed.
• Perform other duties as requested by the Operations Manager.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 4 years of relevant experience in warehouse management or a similar supervisory role. The ability to identify and implement continuous improvements and develop staff is essential for this position.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Yanbu, where the Store Supervisor will be responsible for managing the assigned warehouse and its team, ensuring efficient and compliant operations.
