We are seeking a creative and experienced Pastry Chef to join our leadership team at Abdullah Ali Al Amer & Brothers Trading Co. In this role, you will oversee all pastry and bakery operations, creating innovative desserts and breads that delight our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the pastry and bakery operations across the resort.
• Design and implement seasonal menus featuring innovative desserts, pastries, and breads.
• Ensure excellence in taste, texture, and presentation of all pastry items.
• Train, mentor, and inspire the pastry team to achieve high-quality results.
• Manage production schedules, inventory, and cost control within the pastry department.
• Adhere to HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards.

Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of experience in pastry.
• Experience in modern and classic pastry techniques.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to innovate and create memorable dining experiences.
• A culinary degree or equivalent is preferred.
