We are looking for a Senior Accountant to oversee daily accounting operations and ensure the accuracy of financial records. You will have experience in preparing financial reports in accordance with the approved accounting standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervising the recording of daily accounting entries.
• Preparing and reviewing periodic financial reports.
• Reviewing general ledger accounts.
• Coordinating the financial closing processes at the end of the financial period.
• Analyzing accounts and financial reports.
• Following up on receivables and payables.
• Preparing monthly bank reconciliations.
• Contributing to the preparation of financial statements in accordance with international standards (IFRS).
• Supporting internal and external audit processes.
• Training and mentoring assistant accountants as needed.
• Performing any other tasks assigned by the direct manager.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in accounting.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration.
• Advanced skills in using Excel spreadsheets.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bookkeeping & Financial Management: Record daily transactions, maintain ledgers, and monitor project costs.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage vendor invoices, follow up on client payments.
• Taxation & Compliance: Ensure timely filing of VAT returns and assist with Zakat and WHT.

Qualifications & Skills:
