About the Role

Everhires is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join its team. This full-time position is based in Al Ahsa, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on contributing to the design and delivery of commercial, retail, hospitality, and workplace environments. The role involves translating client visions into functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces, managing the design process from conceptualization to implementation, and ensuring alignment with client requirements, brand identity, and project budgets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop interior design concepts, mood boards, and space planning solutions that meet client requirements, brand identity, and budget constraints.
  • Produce 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, renders, and detailed design documentation using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and/or Revit.
  • Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and lighting (FF&E) to achieve desired aesthetic and functional outcomes.
  • Coordinate designs with MEP, civil, architectural, and joinery teams to ensure practical and constructible solutions.
  • Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and material take-offs for project costing and quotation processes.
  • Present design concepts to clients, manage feedback, and oversee revisions through to approval.
  • Collaborate with site and project teams to ensure successful design implementation.
  • Review shop drawings, material samples, and mock-ups to maintain quality standards and design integrity.
  • Ensure designs comply with local regulations, authority requirements, and relevant industry standards.
  • Manage project timelines, design deliverables, and maintain accurate technical documentation.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field.
  • Proven experience in interior design, with a specific focus on fit-out projects.
  • Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • A solid understanding of materials, finishes, joinery details, and construction methods relevant to interior fit-outs.
  • Demonstrated experience in preparing BOQs, technical drawings, and presentation materials.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
