Project Manager

About the Role

Vrinda Global is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead GIS Substation EPC projects. This full-time position is based in Al-Ahsa, Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on managing projects from initial engineering and construction through commissioning and final handover, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, budgets, quality, and safety standards, particularly within the Oil & Gas sector and preferably for ARAMCO projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end execution of GIS substation projects, encompassing engineering, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover phases.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, cost control, cash flow, and progress reporting.
• Ensure strict compliance with client specifications, quality standards, HSE requirements, and established project procedures.
• Oversee procurement activities, subcontracting processes, resource allocation, and on-site execution.
• Manage contractual and commercial matters, identify and mitigate project risks, and facilitate the resolution of technical issues.
• Conduct regular progress review meetings and monitor project milestones.
• Coordinate energization, snag clearance, punch-list closure, and final project completion.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management.
• Demonstrated experience in leading GIS Substation EPC projects.
• Prior experience within the Oil & Gas sector is preferred.
• Experience with ARAMCO projects is highly desirable.

This is a full-time position located in Al-Ahsa, Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia. The role involves managing complex infrastructure projects within a dynamic environment.
