About the Role

Evara Engineering is seeking an experienced Senior Resident Engineer to oversee site supervision and ensure compliance for a hospital project located in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and supervise all construction activities, encompassing civil works, architectural finishes, hospital-specific fit-out, and MEP systems, from project inception through final testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Drive project execution in strict adherence to approved baseline schedules, budgets, and key milestones, promptly identifying variances and developing mitigation strategies.
• Evaluate contractor performance, review complex shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals, and proactively address technical, structural, and site-related engineering challenges.
• Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards, maintaining a safe working environment within large-scale construction zones.
• Serve as the primary on-site technical point of contact, preparing detailed progress reports and providing updates to management, clients, and stakeholders on project milestones and timelines.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 15+ years of comprehensive engineering experience in construction supervision.
• A proven track record of successfully delivering Hospital Projects.
• An architectural background is preferred.
