We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced English Language Instructor to be a part of our academic team at Al Baha University. This role is vital for delivering high-quality English language instruction and preparing students for international English proficiency exams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging and effective English language lessons to university students.
  • Prepare students for international exams such as IELTS and TOEFL.
  • Teach and apply recognized curricula, including the Headway series.
  • Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessment tools.
  • Evaluate student progress through tests, assignments, and participation.
  • Maintain accurate student records and provide feedback on performance.
  • Participate in academic meetings, training sessions, and curriculum development.
  • Support students in improving their speaking, writing, listening, and reading skills.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Linguistics, TESOL, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in teaching IELTS and TOEFL preparation courses.
  • Strong familiarity with the Headway curriculum.
  • Previous teaching experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is preferred.
  • Excellent command of the English language (both spoken and written).
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.

Preferred Skills:
  • Ability to work in a multicultural academic environment.
  • Adaptability and use of modern teaching methods and technologies.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Requirements

  • Requires 2-5 Years experience
