Bus Supervisor

Job Purpose:

• Accompany beneficiaries during bus transportation and ensure their safety and comfort during boarding, alighting, and throughout the journey, while maintaining discipline and positive communication with parents and the operational team.

Tasks and Responsibilities: Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Accompany children to and from the bus at the end and beginning of the day.

• Prepare children on the bus before departure and upon arrival.

• Ensure children are seated in their designated seats on the bus.

• Accompany children within the center.

• Monitor attendance and absence, and submit reports when necessary.

• Inform management of any observations or emergencies during transportation.

• Maintain and ensure the safety of entrusted items.

• Ensure the child's safety.

• Ensure the child and all their personal belongings are handed over to their parents.

• Any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor or tasks required by the work.

Competencies and Skills:

Educational Qualifications:

• High school diploma as a minimum.
