Job Description
About the Role
Fox Talent is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join a global cybersecurity company. This full-time position focuses on the Eastern Province territory, encompassing key accounts and strategic sectors. The role requires navigating complex enterprise sales cycles and fostering long-term relationships with C-level executives.
Territory and Key Accounts
The Account Executive will be responsible for the Eastern Province, covering Dhahran, Al Khobar, and Al Jubail. This includes managing and growing relationships within Saudi Aramco's business units, with a focus on navigating compliance requirements such as the Aramco Cybersecurity Compliance Certificate (CCC). The role also involves identifying and closing new business opportunities within Jubail's industrial and petrochemical sector.
Sales Approach and Responsibilities
This is a quota-carrying position that demands a consultative, value-based sales approach. Key responsibilities include:
- Applying the MEDDPIC framework to qualify opportunities, identify economic buyers, and construct compelling, ROI-driven business cases for C-level stakeholders (CFOs, CISOs).
- Developing multiple champions within each account to ensure deal progression and mitigate single-threaded risk.
- Maintaining accurate, data-driven forecasting based on pipeline health and leading indicators.
- Balancing high-touch, face-to-face relationship building with structured reporting to a Western, PE-backed headquarters.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should possess:
- Proven enterprise software sales experience, preferably within an enterprise IT environment.
- A strong understanding of NCA (National Cybersecurity Authority) and SAMA compliance frameworks.
- Experience selling into Saudi Aramco and/or the Jubail industrial sector is strongly preferred.
- A consultative sales approach focused on business resilience and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), rather than solely technical features.
- Excellent forecasting and pipeline management discipline.
- Native-level Arabic and fluent professional English proficiency is required for internal reporting and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Residency in or willingness to relocate to Dhahran, Al Khobar, or Al Jubail.
Eligibility Criteria
This position is open exclusively to Saudi Arabian nationals, in accordance with the company's Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements.
Requirements
- For Saudis Only
