About the Role

Nahdi Medical Co. is seeking a General Practitioner for its Inhouse Clinic in Al Jubail, Eastern Region. This full-time role involves diagnosing and treating minor illnesses, examining patients, and providing essential healthcare services within the company's internal medical facility. The position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.

Role Overview

The General Practitioner is responsible for the comprehensive care of patients presenting with minor illnesses. This includes conducting medical examinations, documenting patient histories, prescribing necessary medications, and ordering, performing, and interpreting diagnostic tests. The role also involves counseling patients on preventive healthcare and referring complex cases to specialists via video consultation when further investigation is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients and accurately document clinical findings.
• Design and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Educate patients regarding their health conditions, required investigations, treatment options, and proper medication use.
• Provide patient education on health promotion and disease prevention strategies.
• Order and review the results of patient investigations.
• Prescribe appropriate medications for patients.
• Perform additional clinical tasks as dictated by specialty and clinical privileges.
• Administer vaccinations where applicable.
• Refer cases to specialized clinic services when necessary.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in general medical practice.
• Ability to diagnose and treat minor cases of illnesses effectively.
• Proficiency in examining patients, taking medical histories, and interpreting diagnostic tests.
• Strong communication skills for patient counseling and education.

Work Environment

This position operates entirely indoors (100%). The work schedule is 6 working days per week with 1 day off. Daily working hours are 8 net hours, structured according to a shift schedule approved by the head of the department.
