About the Role: Instrument Supervisor

KBR Saudi Arabia is seeking an Instrument Supervisor for a full-time position in Al Jubail. This role involves leading, supervising, and coordinating a team of maintenance technicians focused on Instrument systems, equipment, and facilities. The supervisor will ensure compliance with preventive maintenance plans and efficient breakdown maintenance, applying best and safe maintenance practices within their area of influence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the Instrument maintenance team.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with established standards, specifications, safety procedures, manufacturer’s recommendations, and contract terms.
• Act as the focal point for the daily Instrument maintenance execution plan.
• Conduct frequent site visits to ensure proper work execution and monitor technician activities.

Maintenance Execution and Reporting

• Provide onsite maintenance and repairs on various types of instruments, including generators, transformers, and motors.
• Execute monthly and weekly maintenance plans and submit regular progress reports.
• Follow up on Instrument maintenance work progress and submit regular progress reports to the Instrument foreman with recommendations.
• Maintain records of daily maintenance works against planned programs and prepare work completion reports as applicable.
• Assist in implementing engineering modifications and enhancements to Instrument equipment by making recommendations to increase the suitability and serviceability of Instrument systems.

Required Experience and Technical Understanding

• A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Strong technical understanding of maintenance management for Oil & Gas Facilities.
• Proven leadership skills within large organizations.
