TASNEE is seeking a dedicated Technician VI Instrument to join its operations. This full-time role is based in Jubail, Eastern, Saudi Arabia, contributing to the maintenance and reliability of critical instrumentation systems.

Role Summary

The Instrument Technician is primarily responsible for executing preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) activities for instrument equipment. This position requires a strong foundation in instrumentation skills, focusing on effective troubleshooting and maintenance practices to ensure operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on instrument equipment.
• Issue and close work permits in accordance with operational procedures.
• Conduct troubleshooting and repair of instrument equipment.
• Utilize SAP for closing and updating assigned work orders.
• Assume leadership tasks at a lead technician level when required.
• Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Review and contribute to the improvement of preventive maintenance procedures for all assigned equipment.

Technical Competencies

• Proficiency in instrumentation skills related to preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Experience with hard communicator or transmitter calibration.
• Knowledge of Safety Instrumented Level (SIL) testing.
• Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).

Experience Requirements

Candidates must possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in an instrumentation role, demonstrating proficiency in the duties and technical competencies outlined above.
