Your Role:
As a Manufacturing Operator aligned to the Fabrication area, you will be responsible for performing various manufacturing processes to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the production line. Your tasks will include:
  • Manufacturing/rolling, finishing, testing/packaging, and handling materials.
  • Participating in safety programs and following safety guidelines.
  • Operating process equipment and monitoring production conditions.
  • Assisting with maintenance tasks and troubleshooting equipment.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications and Skills:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
  • A 3 years technical diploma, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical fields.
  • A minimum of 3 years of manufacturing or related experience.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
  • Certifications in Fork Lift and materials handling equipment operation preferred.

Physical Requirements:
This role involves moderate physical effort including:
  • Lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for prolonged periods.
  • Performing various physical movements such as bending, twisting, and climbing.
