Your Role:

• Operate a Pipe Machine with a strong willingness to learn and understand the production process.
• Follow production papers, quality procedures, and work instructions accurately.
• Interpret dimension sheets, drawings, and tolerance lists.
• Collaborate with the team, especially during capacity bottlenecks.
• Organize workflow and manage overhead and jib cranes.
• Identify efficiency issues and suggest improvements.
• Monitor and perform maintenance on production machines.
• Manage time efficiently within the workplace.
• Report daily production in a timely manner.

Your Profile:

• Diploma or Technical education in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in production and manufacturing, preferably in the Pipe & Heavy Metal Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee operation and maintenance of Tahwil, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and regulations.
• Plan, organize, coordinate, and manage operational activities for waste offloading, storage, preparation, and incineration.
• Support the Managing Director in reviewing and upgrading operational procedures and employee recruitment.
• Prepare master work schedules to reflect treatment capacities and optimize resource allocation.
• Enforce compliance with health and safety policies and manage operational budgets.
• Coordinate training programs to enhance skills and safety adherence among employees.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical or Environmental preferred).
