Role Overview

The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for the comprehensive maintenance and repair of industrial machinery and mechanical systems. This position involves performing complex diagnostics, executing preventive maintenance tasks, and conducting necessary repairs to ensure the continuous reliability and optimal operational efficiency of equipment within our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment effectively.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and accurately document all findings and actions.
• Replace or fabricate parts as required to restore equipment functionality.
• Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring a safe and organized working environment.
• Collaborate closely with production teams to minimize equipment downtime and optimize operational flow.
• Provide training and support to junior mechanics, fostering skill development.
• Adhere strictly to all established safety regulations and operational procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• Vocational training or equivalent practical experience in a similar role is required.
• 0-1 years of relevant work experience.
