KBR Saudi Arabia is seeking a Maintenance Superintendent (Support Service) to join its team in Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on leading and managing critical maintenance operations.

Role Purpose

The Maintenance Superintendent will manage and lead overall department functions within Support Services, providing direction, evaluation, and coordination to ensure project tasks are completed efficiently and in accordance with organizational policies. This role is central to maintaining operational availability and ensuring the effective functioning of various support divisions.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage and lead departmental functions, providing employee direction, evaluation, and coordination to meet project timelines and policy adherence.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and priorities.
• Prepare, optimize, and track equipment Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules to minimize breakdowns and ensure operational availability.
• Manage planned and unplanned equipment repairs.
• Oversee the allocation and management of resources, equipment, and machinery for the site during routine operations and emergencies.
• Review work plans and job request priorities, allocating resources, monitoring workflow, Methods of Operation (MOS), and procedures.
• Provide feedback to the Planning team on weekly plans to achieve schedule compliance.
• Coordinate with internal departments, external workshops, and OEM dealers for repairs, parts, and issue resolution.
• Manage and review daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance performance reports, timesheets, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Respond promptly to emergency situations.

Support Service Management

• Manage the day-to-day activities of Support Services, including the welding & fabrication shop, scaffolding & insulation workshop, and heavy lift & rigging division.
• Meet with the team to identify operational gaps and resolve problems.

Safety and Compliance

• Ensure all equipment and workshop facilities are maintained to meet Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
• Conduct regular safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Manage, recommend, and schedule employee safety and technical training.
• Ensure the reporting of any incidents, accidents, or violations.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in maintenance management.
