About the Role

Advanced Petrochemical Company is seeking a Manager, TAM & Strategic Planning to join our team in Al Jubail. This full-time role is central to leading turnaround planning and execution, managing key technical accounts, and driving strategic planning initiatives across the organization. The Manager ensures successful delivery of plant turnaround and shutdown programs, strengthens customer and stakeholder relationships, and supports the development and execution of corporate and departmental strategies to achieve operational excellence, business growth, and long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of plant turnaround and shutdown programs.
• Manage key technical accounts and foster strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Drive strategic planning initiatives, supporting the development and execution of corporate and departmental strategies.
• Ensure operational excellence, business growth, and long-term sustainability through strategic initiatives.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and resource planning for turnaround projects.
• Develop and manage KPIs for performance measurement in both turnaround management and strategic planning.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Electrical, or related discipline).
• MBA or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Strategic Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in turnaround management, maintenance planning, technical services, or industrial operations.
• At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial position.
• Proven experience managing major turnaround/shutdown projects in industrial, petrochemical, refinery, oil & gas, power, or manufacturing environments.
• Experience in strategic planning and performance management.

• Turnaround Management: Turnaround schedule adherence, budget performance, safety performance (TRIR/LTI), work scope completion rate, turnaround productivity index, and number of critical path delays.
• Strategic Planning: Strategic initiative completion rate, department KPI achievement, cost optimization and efficiency improvements, business plan execution rate, and organizational performance improvement.
