Operator III

About the Role

SASREF is seeking an Operator III to join their team in Al Jubail, Eastern Region. This full-time position is critical for executing operational field activities safely and efficiently to support the manufacture of products to specifications. The role requires 0-1 years of experience and operates within a restricted area with a shift working schedule.

Key Accountabilities

• Perform operational activities to support the efficient receipt and preparation of feedstocks for the process units.
• Execute routine operational field activities to support the achievement of production targets.
• Conduct operational field activities during Start-Up/Shut-Down and process upsets to minimize plant disruption.
• Assist in equipment preparation and work-site setup to support efficient execution of maintenance activities.
• Execute operational activities during SD/TA to support plant and equipment reliability.
• Ensure business processes and work activities comply with SASREF policy, procedures, and best practices to achieve business objectives safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively.
• Carry out simple maintenance and repair tasks under close supervision, following detailed instructions.
• Organize own work schedule, coordinating with support services and assigning short-term tasks if necessary.

Workplace and Process Safety

The Operator III is responsible for maintaining a safe working environment by adhering to all safety protocols and procedures. This includes ensuring personal safety and the safety of others, strictly following IOWs, Safe Operating Procedures, and Safe Work Instructions to prevent WPS and PSM incidents. Compliance with the SASREF HSE Policy, the 5 Safety Principles, and 8 Life Saving Rules is mandatory.

Cybersecurity Compliance

Full compliance with all cybersecurity requirements is essential. The role involves participating in awareness courses, reporting campaigns, and other initiatives related to cybersecurity. Maintaining SASREF’s cybersecurity involves implementing security best practices and strictly adhering to all cybersecurity requirements when handling SASREF’s assets and data, in line with SASREF’s information security policies.

• Reporting all suspicious emails, including phishing tests.
• 0 failure to phishing campaign tests.
• 100% completion of assigned cybersecurity awareness courses.
• 0 cybersecurity violation or negative behavior.

Experience and Work Environment

Candidates should have 0-1 years of relevant experience. The position is full-time and located in Al Jubail, Eastern Region. The work environment is within a restricted area and requires adherence to a shift working schedule.
