Planner

About the Role

Sankyu Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Planner to join their team in Jubail, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves developing and managing comprehensive maintenance plans for mechanical, electrical, instrument, and general services activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly and monthly routine and preventive maintenance plans, including all related activities.
• Ensure proper resource planning and sourcing for the timely implementation and completion of planned maintenance activities.
• Analyze and record critical operational and maintenance issues affecting SATORP’s equipment, plants, and utilities availability.
• Participate in meetings and analyses with other Divisions to develop maintenance plans and schedules, providing technical inputs and recommendations as required.
• Coordinate with the CET Division to evaluate progress against plans and conduct technical studies to identify and recommend new practices for planning and implementation.
• Liaise with all applicable stakeholders to ensure maintenance personnel, materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment are available for job execution.
• Prepare and maintain statistical maintenance and technical reports related to routine and preventive maintenance activities at SATORP.
• Utilize SAP systems, computer programs, and software for effective implementation of routine and preventive maintenance plans.
• Assist in preparing, developing, and measuring Contractor’s Key Performance Indicators.
• Maintain all historical records and databases of routine and preventive maintenance plans.

Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Compliance

• Ensure compliance with all HSE rules and regulations.
• Encourage the reporting of unsafe acts and conditions.
• Comply with all SHE procedures prior to and during work activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in maintenance planning.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position based in Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The role requires on-site presence to coordinate and manage maintenance planning activities effectively.
