About the Role

Eram Talent is seeking a Rigless Drilling Operations Foreman for a full-time position in Al Jubayl, Saudi Arabia. This role involves supervising and coordinating rigless drilling, well completion, and workover activities at both onshore and offshore well sites. The Foreman is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely execution of well programs in compliance with approved procedures, industry standards, and Saudi Aramco requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise rigless drilling, well completion, and workover operations at remote onshore and offshore well locations.
• Ensure all operations adhere to approved well programs, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), industry best practices, and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
• Coordinate contractors, well services, equipment, materials, logistics, transportation, and site support necessary for operations.
• Ensure compliance with Blowout Prevention (BOP) standards, equipment testing requirements, and emergency response procedures.
• Monitor operational progress, materials, equipment, service-company activities, and associated costs, maintaining accurate daily reports.
• Ensure contractor compliance with contractual requirements, personnel competency, and equipment specifications.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational improvement without compromising safety or well objectives.
• Provide field guidance and on-the-job training to less experienced personnel.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in rigless drilling, well completion, or well workover operations.
• Experience supervising complex or critical wells, including deep, high-pressure, sour-gas, or highly deviated wells.
• Strong knowledge of well-site safety, BOP requirements, drilling/workover procedures, and contractor management.
• Experience working with Saudi Aramco standards and procedures is highly preferred.

Work Schedule

The position requires willingness to work on a 28-days-on/28-days-off rotational schedule at remote onshore/offshore locations.
