About the Role

HUDSON is seeking a Sales Executive (Manpower Sales) to join their team in Al Jubail, Eastern Province. This is a full-time, long-term position focused on generating new manpower sales leads and developing client relationships within key industrial sectors. The role requires 2-5 years of experience in manpower sales, with a salary of SAR 4,500.

Role Overview

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying customer requirements and coordinating with internal teams to achieve sales and profit targets. The focus will be on clients within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Power Plant sectors, particularly SABIC and ARAMCO.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new manpower sales leads within SABIC, ARAMCO, and other industrial plants.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Identify customer requirements and support business growth initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the achievement of sales and profit targets.

Qualifications and Experience

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) from a recognized institution.
• 4-5 years of experience in manpower sales.
• Experience within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Power Plant sectors.
• Strong exposure to SABIC and ARAMCO clients, with Saudi Arabia experience preferred.

Required Skills

• Proven skills in lead generation and business development.
• Demonstrated ability in client handling and relationship management.
• Capability to achieve sales targets and develop new accounts.
