About the Opportunity

Eram Talent is seeking a Sales Executive to join a leading industrial organization in Al Jubayl, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is focused on driving business growth and managing client relationships within the industrial sector.

Role Purpose and Context

The Sales Executive will play a key role in developing and expanding the client base, primarily within the Oil & Gas, petrochemical, instrumentation, calibration, valves, and electrical testing sectors. This position requires a strong focus on identifying new opportunities, promoting industrial services, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through client visits, networking, cold calling, and market research.
• Promote and sell calibration, instrumentation, valve, electrical testing, and industrial/trading services.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical teams to propose suitable solutions.
• Handle RFQs, quotations, tenders, and commercial proposals from inquiry through order closure.
• Conduct regular client visits and follow up on business opportunities.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, including inquiry, quotation, purchase order, invoicing, and payment follow-up.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Prepare sales forecasts and provide regular updates on business development activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and trading partners to support customer requirements.
• Negotiate commercial terms and support the successful closure of sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of clients, quotations, opportunities, and sales activities.
• Identify market trends and potential opportunities for business growth.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in industrial sales or business development.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Instrumentation, Calibration, Valves, Electrical Testing, Industrial Services, or related sectors is preferred.
• Strong experience handling RFQs, quotations, tenders, and commercial proposals.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Proven ability to develop new clients and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Good understanding of technical products/services and ability to communicate customer requirements to technical teams.
• Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in achieving sales targets and managing sales pipelines.
• Knowledge of the Saudi industrial/Oil & Gas market and established client relationships will be an advantage.
• Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel for client visits would be an advantage.
