About the Opportunity

TESCO Engineering is seeking a Saudi Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) to join its engineering team in Al Jubail, Eastern Province. This full-time position is designed for recent engineering graduates with 0-1 years of experience who are looking to develop practical technical skills and gain hands-on experience in mechanical engineering, reverse engineering, manufacturing, and mechanical sealing technologies.

Role Overview

The Graduate Engineer Trainee will contribute to various engineering activities, focusing on practical application and skill development. This role provides exposure to industrial engineering and manufacturing operations, working alongside experienced professionals to gain comprehensive knowledge in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with dimensional inspection, measurement, and technical evaluation of mechanical components.
• Support the preparation of 2D engineering drawings, 3D CAD models, and manufacturing documentation.
• Participate in reverse engineering activities under the guidance of experienced engineers.
• Assist in material identification, component verification, and engineering documentation.
• Maintain technical drawings, specifications, and engineering records.
• Support engineering design improvements, equipment reliability initiatives, and component standardization.
• Participate in failure investigations and root cause analysis activities.
• Gain practical exposure to research and development, mechanical seal technologies, and industrial manufacturing processes.
