About the Role

SASREF is seeking a Security Access Management Analyst to join their team in Al Jubail, Eastern region. This full-time role is responsible for the technical management of identities and access to resources, ensuring the implementation of best practices for identification, authentication, and authorization systems and processes. The analyst will focus on user and workflow administration for SASREF's Active Directory in both business and industrial networks, as well as SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement the identity access management strategy and provide solutions that meet operational needs and cybersecurity defense requirements.
  • Define, update, and adhere to Identity and Access Management procedures and guidelines.
  • Administer systems (*, RSA, IAM), accounts, network rights, and access, while assessing access control adequacy against regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
  • Design and implement Identity and Access Management solution integrations.
  • Design and implement group policies and access management controls to ensure compatibility with organizational standards, business rules, and needs.
  • Implement cybersecurity requirements, such as encryption, access control, and identity management, to reduce exploitation opportunities.
  • Manage user provisioning and de-provisioning processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address gaps in identity access management implementation.
  • Architect and implement Roles & Authorizations across systems and Identity & Access Management services and solutions, coordinating with internal and external development/support teams.
  • Establish continuous monitoring tools and technologies for access control processes and procedures.

Workplace Safety and Cybersecurity Compliance

The role requires strict adherence to SASREF's safety and cybersecurity policies. This includes ensuring personal safety and the safety of others, complying with all Safe Operating Procedures and Work Instructions to prevent incidents, and following the SASREF HSE Policy, 5 Safety Principles, and 8 Golden Safety Rules. In cybersecurity, the analyst must implement security best practices, adhere to all cybersecurity requirements when handling SASREF assets and data, and comply with information security policies.

Performance Indicators

  • No personal injury or injury to a third party.
  • No Workplace (WPS) or Process Safety Management (PSM) incidents caused.
  • Reporting all suspicious emails, including phishing tests.
  • 0 failures in phishing campaign tests.
  • 100% completion of assigned cybersecurity awareness courses.
  • 0 cybersecurity violations or negative behavior.

Experience Required

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in security access management or a related field.
