Role Overview

The Reservations Supervisor plays a central role in managing and overseeing the daily operations of the reservations department. This position ensures the efficient and accurate handling of all guest bookings and inquiries, contributing directly to the overall guest experience and operational effectiveness of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the reservations team.
• Ensure accurate processing of all guest reservations and modifications.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve booking-related issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel services, room types, rates, and promotions.
• Support the training and development of reservations agents.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in reservations, front office, or a related hospitality role.
