About the Role

Tasnee is seeking a Technician IV, Analyzer Job to join their team in Al Jubail. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience and focuses on maintaining plant process analyzers to ensure accurate measurements and minimize maintenance interruptions.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to maintain plant process analyzers in optimal condition, ensuring accurate measurement with minimal maintenance downtime. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing faults, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, and troubleshooting issues both on-site and in the workshop.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) activities in line with plant operation requirements.
  • Perform troubleshooting and maintenance procedures on online analyzers such as Gas Chromatography, CEMS, IR, TOC, pH/Conductivity, O2, and Silica.
  • Ensure online analyzer systems perform according to specifications, including response time, accuracy, precision, and mean time between failure (MTBF).
  • Lead the monitoring and procurement of calibration standards, parts, and consumable items for analyzers.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and technological advancements in related fields and network with peers to share expertise.
  • Ensure service requests are understood, value-adding, and aligned with business, unit, and team goals.
  • Participate in review meetings to identify opportunities for analyzer system performance improvements based on periodic maintenance data and calibration records.
  • Communicate regularly with plant personnel to assess team performance and operational status.
  • Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor/manager.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Hands-on experience with online analyzers including Gas Chromatography, CEMS, IR, TOC, pH/Conductivity, O2, and Silica.
  • Good knowledge of analyzer shelter safety and sample handling systems.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintenance procedures.

Compliance and Safety

  • Comply with EHSS guidelines and overall safety processes.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all approved Responsible Care and Tasnee policies and procedures to align with Tasnee's commitment to sustainable business requirements.
