Job Description

About the Role

S-Chem is seeking a Technician Analyzers to join their team in Al Jubail, Eastern Region. This full-time position focuses on maintaining the availability and reliability of analyzer process equipment and systems through routine repair, corrective maintenance, basic troubleshooting, and rectification. The role operates under supervision and adheres to established maintenance Standard Operating Procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine repair, corrective maintenance, basic troubleshooting, and rectification of analyzer process equipment and systems.
  • Read diagrams and schematic drawings to determine work procedures.
  • Study and execute work orders in accordance with requirements.
  • Apply for and obtain necessary work permits for maintenance jobs.
  • Execute plant maintenance activities on process equipment and systems.
  • Assist in the testing and commissioning of new or modified process equipment and systems.
  • Participate in turnaround maintenance work.
  • Document performed works in test forms and condition reports.
  • Perform good housekeeping in the workplace.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement processes for the assigned area.
  • Perform any other relevant tasks as directed by the Supervisor Analyzers.

Safety and Compliance

  • Act as a role model for safety, embracing the Tenets of Operation.
  • Promote proactive safety and take personal responsibility to identify "at risk" behaviors and conditions.
  • Apply risk control measures and safety procedures to ensure safe work activities.
  • Comply with EHS systems and strictly follow established environmental, health, safety, and quality policies and procedures.
  • Participate in toolbox meetings prior to starting work activities.
  • Undertake accountabilities in the operational excellence process as outlined in the schedule of responsibilities.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 0-1 year of experience in a relevant field.

Required Skills

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Jubail, Eastern Region.
