This is a full-time position within an organization that values innovation and responsible operations.
Role Overview
The Tool & Storekeeper is responsible for the systematic management of tools and materials within the store. This role involves ensuring accurate inventory control, facilitating efficient issuance and receipt processes, and supporting operational continuity through effective coordination with various internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Issue and receive tools, accurately recording their distribution to and return from workers or technicians.
- Maintain comprehensive logs detailing tool usage, material issuance, and returns.
- Prepare regular reports on current stock levels, identifying damaged tools and assessing replenishment needs.
- Conduct routine inventory checks to reconcile physical stock with system records, ensuring data accuracy.
- Coordinate effectively with maintenance, procurement, and other relevant teams to support operational requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
- High School education is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience is essential for this role.

- Demonstrated ability to be well-organized and proactive, coupled with excellent communication skills.
- Proven leadership skills, particularly within large organizational structures.
