The Role: Fire Prevention Manager

Almarai is seeking a Fire Prevention Manager to join its team in Al-Kharj. This full-time role is dedicated to providing essential Fire Safety support to the Operations Division management. The Manager will ensure the Operations Division maintains full Fire Safety compliance through site auditing, advisory services, and the application of relevant fire codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct fire risk assessments across all plant site areas and maintain updated records.
• Oversee the scheduled checking and testing of all fire equipment, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Implement initiatives to enhance fire safety standards for employees within the manufacturing plant.
• Perform regular fire audits, both independently and in collaboration with the divisional HSS manager.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive fire training programs for all staff members.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in fire prevention and safety management. A proven track record in ensuring compliance with fire safety policies, procedures, and international standards is essential for this role.

Compliance and Standards Expertise

A core aspect of this role involves advising on compliance with Almarai's internal fire safety policies and procedures. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring the application of appropriate fire codes and standards, with a particular emphasis on NFPA codes, to maintain robust fire safety protocols across the Operations Division.
