Job Description

About the Role

Almarai is seeking a QSHE Coordinator (Sales) to join their team in Al-Kharj. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 year of experience and focuses on ensuring compliance with Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment (QSHE) management systems within the region. The role involves implementing QSHE strategies, standards, policies, and procedures to meet consumer and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of QSHE management systems to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and assess operational risks, and support the development and execution of QSHE initiatives to mitigate potential business impacts.
  • Conduct internal audits across regional operations, identify areas for improvement, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
  • Participate in incident investigations, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
  • Manage customer and consumer complaints, product recalls, accident investigations, and regulatory matters.
  • Deliver QSHE training and awareness programs to employees, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Monitor, measure, and report QSHE performance metrics, supporting the achievement of departmental objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 0-1 year of relevant experience.
  • Ability to enforce compliance with QSHE management systems.
  • Strong understanding of QSHE strategies, standards, policies, and procedures.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al-Kharj, Saudi Arabia, within the Almarai sales division.
