The Role of Digital Transformation Specialist

2P Perfect Presentation is seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Specialist – Enterprise Architecture to join the team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on supporting Enterprise Architecture management and driving digital transformation initiatives. The specialist will contribute to developing and implementing architectural frameworks and ensuring alignment between technology and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive organizational view encompassing strategy, services, processes, policies, procedures, and information assets.
• Develop Enterprise Architecture principles, frameworks, metamodels, governance processes, and repositories.
• Oversee Enterprise Architecture implementation and continuous improvement.
• Establish standards and monitor compliance with Enterprise Architecture processes.
• Assess business requirements and ensure alignment between technology and organizational needs.
• Support the development of current-state and future-state architectures.
• Provide recommendations based on cost, benefit, risk, and integration analysis.
• Support digital transformation project management.
• Apply TOGAF and NORA methodologies.
• Support business process re-engineering activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture and Digital Transformation projects.
• Experience across digital services, technology infrastructure, data governance, applications, planning, strategy, and governance.
• Strong knowledge of the National Enterprise Architecture Methodology (NORA).

Required Skills

• Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, reporting, and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Location

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with potential work in Al-Kharj. The role is full-time and requires a commitment to supporting digital transformation initiatives within the region.
