Orange Business is seeking a Digital Transformation Advisory Lead For Smart City to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring 5-10 years of experience. The role involves contributing to the development and implementation of smart city objectives through architectural strategy and governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Enterprise Architecture (EA) repository.
• Oversee innovation management, including direction for AI/ML initiatives.
• Develop and maintain overall enterprise architecture and governance.
• Align architecture strategy with smart city objectives.
• Own and define standards, frameworks, and design principles.
• Coordinate across all technical domains.
• Ensure architecture alignment with service management frameworks and operational requirements.
• Conduct technology benchmarking and evaluation.
• Provide architectural oversight for the commissioning and decommissioning of platforms and systems.
