About the Role

NADEC is seeking a Supervisor – Raw & Pack Warehouse to join its team in Al-Kharj, Eastern Region. This full-time position involves overseeing the safe, accurate, and efficient flow of raw and packaging materials to support production operations. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Supervisor – Raw & Pack Warehouse will manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and material issuance to production. A key focus will be ensuring compliance with established quality, safety, and warehouse procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the receiving, storage, and issuance processes for raw and packaging materials.
• Ensure timely and accurate material issuance to Production based on operational requirements.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and effective inventory controls.
• Implement and ensure adherence to FIFO/FEFO practices and material traceability standards.
• Ensure accurate SAP transactions, including Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), transfers, issues, and returns.
• Oversee proper material handling, labeling, bin location management, and storage conditions.
• Lead shift planning, and supervise, train, and develop warehouse employees.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety, hygiene, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and quality requirements.
• Support 5S and continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse.
• Monitor warehouse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and inventory status, ensuring audit readiness.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in warehouse supervision, preferably in raw and packaging materials.
• Demonstrated understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and material handling.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for warehouse transactions.
• Knowledge of safety, hygiene, and quality standards in a warehouse environment.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al-Kharj, within the Eastern Region. The role operates within a production-focused warehouse environment, requiring active supervision and team leadership.
