About the Role

Eventive Group is seeking a Draftsman to join its team in Al Khobar, located in the Eastern region. This is a full-time position designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are skilled and detail-oriented. The primary objective of this role is to produce accurate technical drawings and layouts that are crucial for successful project execution and seamless coordination across various teams.

Role Contribution

The Draftsman will play a vital part in transforming creative concepts into precise technical documentation. This involves ensuring that all visual designs are translated into practical and buildable plans, supporting designers, project managers, and production teams from concept through to installation. The role is central to maintaining technical accuracy and feasibility throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings for various applications, including event setups, exhibition booths, stages, and custom installations.
• Collaborate effectively with designers, project managers, and production teams to convert creative concepts into technical drawings.
• Produce accurate floor plans, elevations, and construction details based on provided design briefs and precise site measurements.
• Ensure that all drawings adhere to event safety standards, specified material requirements, and production feasibility.
• Revise and update drawings promptly in response to client feedback and input from the project team.
• Maintain proper filing systems and documentation for all design assets and CAD files.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience as a Draftsman, preferably within the events, exhibitions, or interior design industry.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Familiarity with 3ds Max or similar 3D software is preferred.
• Solid understanding of event structures, various materials, joinery techniques, and fabrication methods.
• Ability to accurately read and interpret design concepts, sketches, and architectural plans.
