About the Opportunity
Musanadah Facilities Management is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern region. This full-time role is central to managing end-to-end finance operations and providing critical support for strategic financial decision-making within the organization.
Role Overview
The Assistant Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy of financial records and driving key financial processes. This position requires a professional who can contribute to robust financial planning, compliance, and insightful reporting to support business performance and strategic objectives.
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the full set of accounts, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records.
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes, including comprehensive variance analysis.
- Develop and manage cash flow forecasts and optimize working capital.
- Ensure strict compliance with IFRS standards, local financial regulations, and internal governance frameworks.
- Manage group consolidation and meet all reporting requirements.
- Support internal and external audits, acting as a key liaison with external auditors and stakeholders.
- Provide actionable financial insights to support business decision-making and enhance performance management.
Candidate Profile and Qualifications
- Demonstrated progressive experience in finance and accounting, typically ranging from 5 to 10 years.
- Possession of a professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, ICAEW, SOCPA, or an equivalent certification.
Required Technical Skills
Candidates must possess practical experience with ERP systems. Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics is preferred for this role.
