About the Role

Saqr Consulting Partners is seeking a Business Development Manager to operate as a strategic business development partner. This contract position is based in Al Khobar, Eastern Region, and is structured as a commission-only role. The successful candidate will leverage existing professional relationships to secure business opportunities for the company's Recruitment and Management Consulting services.

Role Overview

This is an independent, commission-based role designed for individuals with a strong network. There is no fixed base salary; compensation is based on a high-percentage commission per closed contract. The role requires a self-driven professional capable of representing the company's services to senior executives and facilitating new business.

Key Responsibilities

• Introduce recruitment and consulting capabilities to C-level executives, HR leaders, and business owners in Saudi Arabia and other GCC countries.
• Identify and generate new corporate and government tendering (RFP) opportunities.
• Facilitate initial discovery meetings between corporate decision-makers and the executive team.
• Collaborate with the team to bridge relationships and finalize service agreements.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• An established and verifiable network of corporate connections within Saudi Arabia, including enterprise businesses, family offices, or government entities.
• Basic understanding of corporate HR, staffing, recruitment needs, or business consulting.
• Demonstrated professionalism and credibility to confidently represent services to senior executives.
• Self-motivated and driven to monetize existing professional relationships.

Compensation

This position offers a high-percentage commission per closed contract, with no fixed base salary. Compensation is directly tied to successful business development outcomes.
