About the Role

Air Liquide is seeking a Commercial Analyst to join our team in Al Khobar, Eastern region. This full-time position is designed for candidates with 0-1 years of experience, providing essential analytical and commercial support to the GCC Commercial Director and the broader commercial team.

Role Overview

The Commercial Analyst plays a central role in supporting commercial operations across the GCC region. Key responsibilities include performing data analysis, executing commercial calculations, coordinating documentation, and assisting with contract administration. The role also involves maintaining trackers and reports, ensuring the accuracy and organization of critical business information, and supporting data coordination, meeting preparation, and team resource management to facilitate efficient commercial execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform basic pricing and margin simulations to calculate the financial impact of proposed discounts, promotions, or rebate structures.
  • Review and clean commercial calculation records to ensure all baseline data used for regional reporting is accurate and structured.
  • Compile and organize sales figures and commercial metrics within spreadsheets to maintain accurate tracking dashboards.
  • Maintain regional pipeline trackers and assist in compiling market data or presentation materials to support corporate pitches and distributor proposals, without direct sales or lead-generation responsibilities.
  • Assist in preparing initial drafts of contract amendments, price list updates, and professional commercial correspondence in both English and Arabic.
  • Review commercial agreements to log key terms, such as payment timelines and expiration dates, into a centralized renewal calendar, and condense complex clauses into simplified summary briefs.
  • Take ownership of organizing shared digital drive folders and maintaining structured file-naming conventions.
  • Coordinate between commercial leadership and internal departments, including Finance, Legal, or Supply Chain, to follow up on pending project approvals.
  • Record clear meeting minutes and actively track outstanding operational action items.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of professional experience, ideally within an analytical or commercial support function.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, within the Eastern region, supporting operations across the GCC.
