Job Description

About the Role

This full-time position for a Senior Commercial Analyst is based in Riyadh. The role involves acting as a strategic commercial partner within the Wealth Management division, focusing on driving research and informed decision-making. The analyst will manage budgeting and forecasting processes, analyze key metrics such as Assets Under Management (AUM) and revenue generation, and develop client-facing materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities within the region, utilizing secondary data and reports to inform management decisions.
  • Periodically publish research reports and perform on-demand global research on regulations and tax laws for target markets.
  • Collaborate with the Wealth Management team to analyze client needs and risk profiles.
  • Design client proposals based on client profiles and real estate sector research, and develop pitch decks for client presentations.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of commercial performance metrics, including AUM and revenue streams, and develop management reports.
  • Undertake special projects assigned by management, which may include commercial, regulatory, and financial analysis.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in research, business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in research, business analysis, and reporting.
  • Proven experience in creating reports, feasibility studies, and commercial documents.
