The Career Nest is partnering with a casual neighborhood dining destination in Al Khobar, Eastern Province. This establishment is recognized for its food and hospitality, operating an upscale kitchen that focuses on quality and execution. We are seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join the culinary team.

Role Overview

As a Junior Sous Chef, you will provide support to the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the daily management of kitchen operations. This role involves both technical culinary responsibilities and emerging leadership duties, including overseeing food preparation and maintaining operational standards. The position is full-time, with a salary of 8,000 SAR monthly.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee food preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure precision, consistency, and quality across all kitchen sections during service.
• Motivate, train, and support the kitchen brigade, providing leadership and stepping in to manage kitchen operations as needed.
• Enforce food safety and hygiene protocols strictly across all stations to maintain a compliant and clean working environment.
• Manage inventory control, stock rotation, and kitchen workflow, adapting to the demands of busy services.

Required Experience

• Candidates should have 2-5 years of experience in a culinary role, preferably within a similar dining environment.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Al Khobar, Eastern Province. The role requires working within an upscale kitchen environment that prioritizes food quality and service standards.
