Role Overview

Foodics is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join the team in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This full-time role involves handling client inquiries and requests related to Foodics products and managing incoming communication channels. The primary objective is to provide consistent service as the first line of support for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Address and provide accurate responses to client inquiries received through the center of excellence.
• Escalate issues to relevant internal teams within Foodics and follow up until resolution.
• Accurately document communication logs in the CRM and ticketing systems.
• Conduct training for clients on the use of Foodics products via virtual channels.
• Report daily activities to team leaders and highlight areas requiring additional attention.

• 0-1 year of experience in a relevant field.
