About the Role

Wipro is seeking a DEVELOPER L4 to join our team in Al Khobar, Eastern Province. This full-time role involves designing, testing, and maintaining software programs for operating systems or applications that will be deployed at client sites. The primary objective is to ensure that all software meets 100% quality assurance parameters.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand product and software requirements and design specifications.
• Develop software solutions by analyzing information needs, system flows, data usage, and work processes.
• Investigate problem areas within the software development lifecycle and facilitate root cause analysis of system issues.
• Identify improvements for system performance and availability.
• Convert client requirements into feasible designs and collaborate with functional teams or system analysts for detailed investigations.
• Perform coding to ensure optimal software and module development.
• Evaluate operational feasibility through analysis, problem definition, requirements, and proposed software solutions.
• Develop and automate processes for software validation, including setting up and executing test cases/scenarios.
• Modify software to fix errors, adapt to new hardware, improve performance, or upgrade interfaces.
• Analyze information to recommend and plan new system installations or modifications to existing systems.
• Ensure code is error-free and adheres to defined project norms, including clear descriptions and replication patterns.
• Prepare timely, comprehensive, and accurate documentation and reports on programming project specifications, activities, and status.
• Coordinate with the team on daily project status and progress, providing feedback on usability and serviceability.

Customer Focus and Reporting

• Capture all client requirements and clarifications to ensure high-quality work.
• Gather regular feedback to ensure smooth and on-time delivery.
• Participate in continuous education and training to stay current with best practices, learn new programming languages, and support team members.
• Consult with engineering staff to evaluate software-hardware interfaces and develop specifications.
• Document and demonstrate solutions using flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.
• Ensure professional interaction with customers via email, fault report tracking, voice calls, and business etiquette.
• Provide timely responses to customer requests and maintain a record of no internal or external complaints.

Key Deliverables

• Continuous Integration, Deployment & Monitoring: Achieve 100% error-free onboarding and implementation, meet throughput percentages, and adhere to schedule/release plans.
• Quality & Customer Satisfaction (CSAT): Ensure on-time delivery, effective software management, efficient query troubleshooting, positive customer experience, and completion of assigned certifications for skill upgrades.
• MIS & Reporting: Generate 100% on-time Management Information System (MIS) and other reports.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in software development.
• Demonstrated ability to design, test, and maintain software programs.
• Proficiency in software development lifecycle processes and quality assurance parameters.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, Eastern Province. The role requires collaboration with various functional teams and project managers to achieve project objectives.
