Role Overview

ARO Drilling is seeking a Fixed Asset Specialist to join our team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position responsible for managing and overseeing the company's fixed assets. The specialist will play a key role in maintaining accurate asset records and ensuring compliance with financial policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of fixed assets, from acquisition to disposal.
• Maintain detailed and accurate fixed asset records within the company's systems.
• Perform regular reconciliations of fixed asset accounts.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external accounting standards related to fixed assets.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports pertaining to fixed assets.
• Conduct physical verification of assets as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• Demonstrated understanding of fixed asset accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in using financial software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in our Al Khobar office, offering a professional and collaborative work environment. The Fixed Asset Specialist will report to the relevant finance department head and collaborate with various internal teams to ensure efficient asset management.
