Role Summary

The Floor Manager at Le Café LPM is responsible for overseeing the dining floor operations, leading the service team, and ensuring a smooth guest experience from arrival to departure. This role involves coordinating the team, managing service flow, and maintaining operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the floor team and manage service operations during each shift.
• Oversee the guest experience, addressing concerns calmly and following up on feedback.
• Lead, brief, train, and motivate the team daily to maintain high service standards.
• Ensure comprehensive knowledge of the menu, drinks, and product stories among the team.
• Manage the full floor, coordinating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and on-brand service.
• Execute high standards for mise en place, table settings, cleanliness, and shift planning.
• Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment, identify solutions to issues, and escalate problems when necessary.

Reporting Structure
