The Role of Floor Manager

Everhires is seeking a Floor Manager to oversee daily front-of-house operations in Riyadh. This full-time role is crucial for ensuring service excellence and maintaining operational standards within the company's hospitality and F&B concepts. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily front-of-house operations and staff during service hours.
• Ensure that service, cleanliness, and presentation standards are consistently met.
• Professionally handle guest feedback and resolve complaints.
• Coordinate floor timing effectively with the kitchen to ensure smooth service flow.
• Manage staff schedules, ensure adequate shift coverage, and conduct pre-shift briefings.
• Oversee Point of Sale (POS) operations, including cash handling and reconciliation.
• Ensure full compliance with municipality hygiene and safety standards.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality or food & beverage industry.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role requires a presence in the front-of-house operations to ensure effective supervision and coordination.
