The Role of HR Supervisor

Ecoryx is seeking a full-time HR Supervisor to lead its Human Resources function. This role is based in the company's Al Khobar office in the Eastern region of Saudi Arabia. The HR Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the HR team and ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide the HR team, ensuring adherence to best practices and labor laws.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with legal requirements.
• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to hiring decisions and onboarding processes.
• Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, health insurance, and retirement plans.
• Handle employee relations matters such as grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
• Support performance management through goal setting, conducting reviews, and providing feedback.
• Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and motivation.
• Collaborate with management and other departments to achieve organizational goals and maintain a positive work environment.
• Ensure the accuracy and currency of all employee records and HR documentation.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise an HR team and manage various HR functions.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Ecoryx's office in Al Khobar, Eastern region, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working closely with various departments to support the company's objectives.
