About Leylaty Group

Leylaty Group is seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to join our team in Jeddah. This full-time position is central to ensuring the effective management of Human Resources functions across the organization.

The Role of HR Supervisor

The HR Supervisor will oversee a wide range of HR operations, ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures. This role provides essential support to both employees and management, contributing significantly to the maintenance of a professional and productive work environment within Leylaty Group.

Key Operational Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth execution of all HR activities.
  • Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition processes, from initial manpower requests through to employee onboarding.
  • Monitor employee contracts, renewals, and related employment procedures in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate employee payroll data, benefits, and related HR information with relevant departments.
  • Follow up on employee insurance, government-related services, and other employee benefits.
  • Handle employee inquiries and support employee relations matters professionally and promptly.
  • Prepare and monitor HR reports and key workforce-related metrics.
  • Coordinate with different departments regarding manpower requirements and HR needs.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
  • Perform other HR-related duties as required by business needs.

Strategic HR and Team Leadership

  • Ensure the effective implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
  • Identify training and development needs and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and internal company policies.
  • Provide HR guidance and support to employees, supervisors, and management.
  • Supervise the HR team, assign responsibilities, and monitor performance and deliverables.
  • Support management in HR-related initiatives, projects, and organizational requirements.

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will be an experienced HR professional with a proven ability to manage diverse Human Resources functions. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality are essential for this role.
